"Tai Lue" Hand-woven Cotton
Beautiful Wall Hanging made from
These beautiful pieces are fine examples of the “Tai Lue” style of weaving.
We found them while travelling around northern Laos, in a town called Luang Prabang. This style of weaving is common throughout northern Thailand and Laos. Most people use them as wall hangings, or drape them over furniture. Every piece is unique to itself, so each individual item has been measured, to give you an accurate size. Among my favourites, when it comes to hand-woven cotton, every one tells a story, in pictures.
