"Hmong" Hemp and Cotton Blanket
Beautiful Hemp Bedding
These beautiful blankets are hand-made by the very talented “Hmong” hilltribe people in northern Thailand.
Consisting of a blend of hand-woven hemp, batik style cotton and patchwork fabric, they actually begin life as skirts, which are carefully unpicked, then sewn back together to form the finished product. Because each blanket is hand-made, the sizes vary, but all blankets are measured individually, and dimensions given. They are quite heavy, weighing more than 2kg, and sure to keep you warm on those cold winter nights. But regardless of the weather, they look great on any bed or sofa.
All blankets are unused, but some contain recycled material.
